What's the relation between Technologies and Short Food Supply Chains?

The core question around the next SKIN Innovation Challenge Workshop, Budapest on 25-26 of September 2018

The agri food community looks forward to unravel all issues underneath the relation between Technologies and Short Food Supply Chains. The aim of the next Innovation Challenge Workshop on Technologies is to gather experts, representatives of good practices and consortium partners who can share their ideas on how to implement Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs) in practice and also discuss the challenges behind each technology.

The programme blends together insightful visits to good practices in short food chains with plenary presentations and closer discussion group based on the World Café methodology.
