Among the peculiarities of Serrocroce there is not only the precious raw material but also the processing processes that follow slow and precise rhythms according to the dictates of the most advanced green technology. The beers are produced without filtration, pasteurisation, or clarification following the double fermentation method, a production cycle that can last up to four months.
SerroCroce has been selected by the SKIN project as good practices for Short Food Supply Chain with engaging local Actors mostly primary producer, processors retailer, product developer and consumers. A novel product that has benefits for primary producers because a central aspect of the marketing of the product: SerroCroce make important decision to introduce production methods with lower environmental impact, such as organic farming or integrated agriculture connections with local primary producers.
