European seminar: fostering innovation

On 17thof May, SKIN was invited on a European Seminar organized in Belgium by the Walloon Network for Rural Development. The seminar focused on fostering innovation in rural areas. SKIN was represented by the Belgian partner, Ghent University.

The aim of the event was a.o. to bring together Walloon as well as European players to (1) discuss new approaches and collaborative methods that aim at stimulating innovation and (2) study practical cases, assess their pertinence and the opportunities they create. From the SKIN project, especially the multi-actor approach was evaluated positively.
