Thanks to the UniFg SKIN staff support, a new tool for the short food supply chain stakeholders has been developed. Federico Angelo Franzese, a student of the University IUAV of Venice (Italy), candidate to the bachelor degree examination, presented his thesis titled "ORTO+ frutta e verdura FairTrade a km0" dedicated to the development of a prototype of app for the fairtrade of local fruits and vegetables products. Federico highlighted the contents and main aspects to consider about short food supply chain to bring closer consumers and local producers in a way that gives value and keeps their identity
