This video shows the experiences in commercial, productive and organizational innovation processes of horticultural family producers in the Partido de General Pueyrredón (Buenos Aires, Argentina) that is carried out in the context of the International Project "FONTAGRO" (among Argentina, Bolivia and Spain).
The fairs are organized by the Social Movements of the agricultural sector (Excluded Workers Movement -MTE- rural branch, and the Confederation of Workers of the Popular economy -CTEP-) and fairs of agroecological producers.
With the slogan “Going to the Garden” the activities that many of these producers offer in their places of production are explained: sale of products, training talks, healthy lunches or dinners, visits to the property, etc. Many young producers sell their vegetables from their own garden both to specialized stores (dietary, healthy stores) and to greengrocers and conventional greengrocers. Many of these producers use social media platforms to offer and sell products not only fresh but also cereals, flours, breads, etc. Others venture into the sale to high level restaurants and hotels and distribution of baskets or bags at home are also made.
