Promoting innovation from the ground, bottom-up and demand-driven in the short food chain domain

To meet this objective, SKIN will identify 100 good practices across Europe, based on the preliminary work already carried out within the EIP-AGRI Focus Group, as well as by the consortium partners in their relevant regions
